Privacy Policy
The Q — Creator Performance Hub · Last updated: 3 September 2026
The Q ("we", "us") is a performance platform for TikTok Live creators managed by their agency. This policy explains what information we collect through The Q mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, username, and password. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes; we never see or store your plain-text password.
- Performance data — TikTok Live session statistics such as diamonds earned, session dates and durations, goals, streaks, badges, and leaderboard standings. This data is entered by you or your agency administrator, or imported from TikTok Backstage where your agency has connected it.
- Backstage credentials — if your agency connects TikTok Backstage, those credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and used solely to retrieve performance statistics.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data.
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
- To operate your account and show your dashboard, leaderboard, badges, and goals.
- To let your agency administrator manage its creator roster and record session results.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Who can see your data
- Your agency — administrators of your agency can see your performance statistics, since the platform exists to manage the agency's roster.
- Other creators — your display name and ranking appear on the internal agency leaderboard visible to other creators in your agency.
- Service providers — we use cloud hosting infrastructure to run the service. These providers process data only on our behalf.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Creators can permanently delete their account and associated personal data directly in the app by opening Profile and selecting Delete Account. An agency owner must first ask The Q support to transfer or close the agency so its creator roster is not orphaned; the app explains this prerequisite if deletion is attempted. You may contact us at sdroyalfamilyagency@gmail.com for an owner transfer/closure or if you cannot access the app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at sdroyalfamilyagency@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Children
The Q is intended for creators aged 18 and over, consistent with TikTok Live eligibility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
